Waitrose Experience Survey
Customers to Waitrose can provide customer service feedback in relation to their visit to Waitrose. The Waitrose survey site also provides an option to provide feedback about the website as well. At the end of the survey customers will have the chance to enter a sweepstakes for a £500 Waitrose voucher. To take the survey the customer will need the following:
- Internet access
- Waitrose receipt code (18 digits in length)
- The ability to answer a few shorts questions in relation to Waitrose
The Waitrose Guest Experience Survey can also be taken by phone by dialing 0800-316-2437. The survey is powered by the Empathica survey company. When completing the survey please provide honest feedback and remember to select the AM or PM option (if applicable) beside the Time of Visit boxes. If the Waitrose receipt is printed in a 24-hour clock (ex. 13:29), please select PM for any time after and including 13:00.
Taking the Waitrose survey in relation to an online order?
To take the website version of the survey the customer will need:
- Order number
- Local Waitrose branch number

Waitrose also operates around 30 “little Waitrose” convenience stores that provides convince items such as snacks, drinks and small personal use items. The stores vary greatly in size ranging anywhere in size from 3,000 sq ft to the largest store in Southend-on-Sea, taking up over 56,000 sq ft.
