Thankyou.PointRecogntion.com requires a username and password in order to secure account access. The username and password should have been sent to the user with the employee arrival packet. Those who cannot find their username and password will want to contact their local human resource department for more information and assistance.

When sending a return please include the employees name, reason for the return, and order number within the body of the email. Please allow up to 15 business days for the return process to be completed and any credits to be applied to an account.
