No one on earth could or predicted the return to Robin Williams to network television yet here we are. This weeks Parade issue gives the reader an up close and personal look at Robin Williams and his risky return to network TV. This is his first TV show since the Mork & Mindy more than 30 years ago. Robin Williams is now 62 and wil be staring in the CBS show The Crazy Ones (starting Sept. 26). The show co stars ex teen beauty Sarah Michelle Gellar. The show revolves around the two running an ad agency and Sarah plays the daughter of Robin Williams in the show. Williams had this to say about Gellar:
““It’s fun. I’m having such a blast doing it with Sarah. She’s a sweet woman. And the idea of a father-daughter relationship—since I have a daughter, I’ve done the research on that.”
The show can be seen on Tuesday night and will be 30 minutes long.
Robin McLaurin Williams is from Chicago IL and was born on July 21, 1951. He is an Emmy Award winning actor and famous for movies such as Good Will Hunting, Mrs. Doubtfire and Good Morning Vietnam.
