Homebase is asking recent customer to go online and take a survey in relation to their visit.  The site is operated by the Service Management Group and to begin customers will need the 4-digit Homebase survey code or 15-digit code from the customer receipt along with the date of purchase, time of visit and the total amount spent.

Customers who are part of the Nectar Card program will have the chance to earn 100,000 Nectar Points worth £500 if you leave a review on a product they have purchased at Homebase.
