Due tho federal laws employees of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Frito-Lay” or “Sponsor”), and The Marketing Arm Inc. are NOT allowed to participate in the promotion.

- The lucky winner will be contacted by phone or email 3 times over a 72 hour period
- If the winner fails to respond in 72 hours they run the risk of losing the $240,000 grand prize
- The total ARV of all of the Prizes available to be won is $340,000
