In order to create this required login the customer must have access to the internet and provide their name, HSBC loan number, SSN, and email address. Please note HSBC Bank USA will only use the email address in regards to service notices only (it will never be used for solicitation or shared with third parties). Once the customer has provided the required details they will receive an account verification email from HSBC asking the user to verify their email address for security purposes.
Once an account has been created they can set up auto mortgage payments, view recent mortgage statements, check out the current balance, view how much of the monthly payment went to the mortgage and how much was allocated to the interest, and contact an HSBC customer service agent.
