About:  The online Guitar Center customer care service allows a user to make payment, view a billing statement, sign up for account email alerts, view past transactions and obtain payment due dates.  The service is free of charge and will require Internet connection.  This service is for all people who have a Guitar Center Peferred Player Card.  A user also has the option to click on the Email & Statement Delivery Preferences and select Electronic Statement Only to get paperless statement only.  This is highly recommended as it saves on paper and is good for the environment.  All first time users will be required to enroll with a valid email address.  If you do not have a valid email address please sign up for a free one at Gmail, Ymail or Hotmail.  During the sign up process a user will also be able to pick which email alerts they would like to receive if any.  The options include: an alert when my credit card payment has been posted to my account, when a statement is available to be viewed and an alerts once a payment is overdue.
