Recent diners of the EAT aka THE REAL FOOD COMPANY can participate in their customer survey online.  The survey is open to both EAT dine in and carry out customers.  To take the EAT Listens survey the customer will need the following:

  • Date and time of visit
  • Total amount spent

The EAT Listens survey is powered by the Service Management Group and should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.  Employees of EAT, their family members and any individual associated with the promotion are not eligible to take the survey.  At the end of the survey customers will be rewarded with a free validation code, redeemable for a special offer on their next visit to EAT.

Homebase is asking recent customer to go online and take a survey in relation to their visit.  The site is operated by the Service Management Group and to begin customers will need the 4-digit Homebase survey code or 15-digit code from the customer receipt along with the date of purchase, time of visit and the total amount spent.

Customers who are part of the Nectar Card program will have the chance to earn 100,000 Nectar Points worth £500 if you leave a review on a product they have purchased at Homebase.

Recent customers to a KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) in the UK (or Ireland) can take part in an online survey to help improve customer service and overall quality.  To take the Your KFC Survey the customer will need the following:

  2. Order number
  3. Date of visit
  4. Time of visit

New Looks Listens Survey

Complete a short survey in regards to a shopping experience at New Look and win a £250 shopping spree at New Look.  The promoter of the website and prize draw is New Look Retailers Ltd, New Look House, Mercery Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5HJ, UK.  The New Look Listens survey will only take a few minutes to complete and ALL submitted surveys with an email address will be entered into the £250 prize draw.  To take the survey the customer will need the following:
